Whenever I’ve dieted before, it’s been a real struggle. It’s actually taken an injury on my back to really appreciate how important your overall health is. I’m actually enjoying this, this time around and know I’m going to stick to it.
For anyone out there who is just starting out, all you have to do is make it through the first 3 or 4 days… the rest will simply fall into place.
I will say this though, if you’re mentally not quite ready to change your lifestyle, you will not stick to it. Mental preparation is absolute key to being a success. Once your mind and body are in the same place, the world is your oyster!
